- What service does your website provide? At PSE, we provide meticulous attention to your manuscript. We refine it for clarity and conciseness, and to eliminate spelling errors and redundancies. Our team restructures sentences, selects the precise language, and formats your manuscript according to author guidelines.
- What kinds of documents are acceptable for our services? We accept Microsoft Word documents and PDF files, provided that manuscripts are submitted in English.
- How do I submit my manuscript? Simply visit the submission page and easily upload your document.
- What happens after I submit my manuscript? Upon receiving your manuscript, we will promptly email the corresponding author with the estimated turnaround time for editing, usually within two hours. This email includes the payment link to complete the transaction securely. Our supervisor and language editor will meticulously correct errors and ensure clarity in your document. Your Publication Ready Manuscript will be returned to you within 3 business days.
- Is payment required prior to processing my article? Authors are required to settle the editing fee after their manuscript has been accepted for editing. Payment confirmation will be provided promptly upon receipt.
- Shall I receive an English Proofreading Certificate? Certainly, upon return of the manuscripts, interested authors will receive an English proofreading certificate along with the proofread manuscript.
- Will my document be securely and confidentially stored? At PSE Proofreading, we prioritize the utmost confidentiality for all documents submitted to us. Only the editing manager and the designated editor will have access to your documents, and we guarantee not to share them externally under any circumstances. Furthermore, all client files are automatically deleted from our system 21 days after we have returned the edited version. If you prefer to have them deleted sooner, please feel free to email us, and we will promptly comply. Additionally, we are willing to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) upon request.
